A report on research at Stellenbosch University in which the knowledge and skills of final year BCom students was measured before, immediately after and three months after SynNovation training. Results were that students had gained new insights, retained skills over time, and that the training had had positive effects on students’ self-knowledge, class climate and class contribution levels.“The generic skills transferred during the workshop should enable students to exit the University as more well-rounded individuals equipped to face challenges in the business world, where innovation has become a strategic success factor.”
